  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups oat flour
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese, applesauce, sugar, oil, vinegar, vanilla, and eggs.
