Mix the ground beef with eggs, panko breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, fresh herbs, and ketchup. Form into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. Prepare a glaze with ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar, then brush half over the meatloaf before baking.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for one hour, then remove, brush with the remaining glaze, and bake for another 20 minutes. Let rest before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables for a complete meal.
